Dear Vendors:

We are pleased that you are interested in participating in the Peanut Festival on October 20, 2012. Please download and return the Vendor Contract and Application, both need to be signed and returned to the address listed along with your check made payable to the Georgia Peanut Festival.

Certain policies have been put in place to provide a bigger and better experience for each and every one of you, so please be sure and read the Vendor Contract. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us. We need your help in ensuring your Vendor experience with us is a success!!

We are accepting applications this year on a first come - first serve basis. We are unable to reserve any spot for any vendor. Once we receive the funds and signed contracts, we will let you know in a timely manner if your application has been accepted. We are asking for your help to preserve the integrity of the festival by following the instructions and returning your application to us on or before the deadline.

We hope that all these changes will help us in providing a safe and fun festival for all involved.
