We are pleased that you are interested in participating in the Annual Georgia Peanut Festival. Please download and return the applicable Vendor Contract and Application; both need to be signed and returned to the address listed along with your check made payable to the Georgia Peanut Festival.
Certain policies have been put in place to provide a bigger and better experience for each and every one of you, so please be sure to read the Vendor Contract. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us. We need your help in ensuring your Vendor experience with us is a success!!

We are accepting applications on a first come – first serve basis. We are unable to reserve any spot for any vendor. Once we receive the funds and signed contracts, we will let you know in a timely manner if your application has been accepted. We are asking for your help to preserve the integrity of the festival by following the instructions and returning your application to us on or before the deadline.
In addition, vendors may only sell Coca-Cola Products. We will provide our local Coca-Cola distributor with an official vendor list and they will reach out to you for your product order BEFORE THE EVENT. Coca Cola will have a booth onsite to pick up your product order. THIS WILL BE MONITORED. If you violate our approved list, you will be asked to remove the item from your menu, and you will jeopardize future participation in the festival.
